Our goal is to offer free or low cost health care services to our community.  The following organizations offer their own unique services from our Grabill location:

• CCHC Acute Care Clinic
• A Hope Center (pregnancy services)

Our Location:

We are located at 13410 Main Street in downtown Grabill, Indiana, one block south of Grabill Hardware. Our location is accessible to those living in northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio.
